The DA, Hillar Moore, and LSU agreed to not charge him and let this guy go quietly away. LSU didn’t want bad publicity. Don’t think LSU doesn’t have any stroke to make matters go away or mitigated. The police and DAs usually oblige them. Why? Well because it’s LSU. I’ve seen the backroom deals being done.

My son at Bama, has had similar “mysterious” abuses lobbied against his frat - that the Admin will not give details about.

That’s pathetic…Tate seems like he’s been pro Greek life for the most part. He definitely gets it on the fundraising part. He needs the Greek system to raise money
