Those girls had to have been being drunk and obnoxious. No way that cop wants to make that arrest.

There's like 300 of them. I doubt they were all there in the same place. That said, if any of them did get arrested, their nationals will come down like thunder on the ones involved, not to mention the alumni chapter will make the actives lives miserable for a while. Sororities don't play, especially not Chi O, which carefully cultivates its good girl image. Source: Chi O alums in the family (no pics)

lol. College sororities and fraternities are a joke. A disillusioned sisterhood(while they talk ?? behind everyone’s back) and a baseless brotherhood in many cases that carries little to no weight in the world. Sure, they’re a great time and you can make some wonderful memories. Let’s not act like the Chi-O alums are some dominant force in the universe with their powers and authority of steering these girls lives with reprimand and repercussions. ??. Coming down like thunder. Sure.

That’s probably not an issue. 10-12 drunk people is something different and could be against the house rules if the owner sees fit. Their property, their rules. If the Chi-O’s are disregarding the rules, they’re gone. I don’t know if this is exactly the case, I’m just speculating. What is so difficult to understand about breaking rules?

This kinda thing happens all the time at spring break locations. They rent it knowing they will be college kids and then kick them out over something stupid keeping the deposit and what not. Never heard of them getting arrested though. And they will never argue about it either because there is no point.

Again, if the listing specifically says “no large groups” or “no parties”, then don’t book the property. If you book claiming a few guests and show up with a dozen, that’s a problem, and a violation of the rental agreement. A dozen potentially drunk college kids just adds to the problem.

If there are 300 of them, that is hardly the best of the 300 in that picture.

I would think parent connections rule the selection process.

300 people is basically a small dorm. Nobody can be close like a sister with 300 people.

I was in a small frat to play intramurals and to avoid commuting from off campus.

They’re cute but they look like they have the depth of a wading pool.

Sounds like Airbnb has found a way to make some easy money along with the municipal authorities. Those properties are owned by corporations and the management companies know that when they rent, it's college kids. They know damned well that the chances are the kids will be drinking and that most of the girls....or guys are most probably under 21. Not gonna say that it's a shakedown set up by the people in Florida. But the authorities are certainly counting on 18-21 year old kids drinking and at a bare minimum writing tickets or arresting some of them and issuing fines.

I really don't understand why the kids even attempt to go anymore......all they get is fricked with, either on the beach or in the rooms/ condos/ houses from the cops

It’s a racket the landlord will turn them in police comes on the complaint busts the house for underage drinking including anyone of age for contributing to a minor they get evicted & keeps their deposit & rental fees then they flip the house rent again & repeat.

Airbnb owner saw girls drinking on front porch on the ring camera. The owner called the cops on them. Owner then evicted them.

What a bunch of BS if true. How can you have a rental in a spring break location and get mad that you see someone drinking. Why are you even spying on them in the first place

At least just contact them before going straight to the police wtf
