Been stopping at Moore's Crossroads Grocery in Shongaloo since the early 90's. I lived in Arkansas for 30 years, and Mom still lives in same house Dad bought in 1971.

So question… why is it in North LA all these little places incorporated but that didn’t really happen in South LA?

Btw I’ve driven through Mound, and Edgefield on my way to various Chalmette games in North LA

I drove through Rodessa late at night on my way to Oklahoma once…

St. Bernard Parish could put a few on this list if those places felt like it, like Verret which all they have is a church and a fire station, or Delacroix which no longer has the permanent population it used to
