Because they want to reduce the chance of their kids getting sick
Kids were never really in danger. I’ve seen the age group hospitalization data for Delta. Hardly a spike for 0-18 y/o’s. It’s all fear porn. That being said… a parent can vax their kid if they want. That’s on them. I won’t vax my kid and dare the Feds/State to try and make me.

People have been gaslit by the media and govt. We have been lied to time and time again by the people that are supposed to have our best interest at heart.
The powers that be ONLY care about remaining the POWERS THAT BE. Everything they do is designed to stay in power. Just remember that.
Do I think a lot in the medical community were used as political pawns? Of course. Do I think a lot have no real world sense and only can see things through a lense of “what prevents the most deaths” without any effect on society or the economy? Of course
Do I think somehow that relates to a vaccine developed that has the backing of the vast majority? No, I don’t. I don’t see the tie in

As a parent you would feel terrible if you have your kid the vaccine as something bad happened, of course
Hard pass on the vaccine for my kids.

Wow, you are a complete fool

And the parent who doesn’t vaccinate their kid who later gets covid 19 and myocarditis will also feel terrible
Not scenarios are 100% going to happen. And both sets of those parents will have to live with that decision. Part of parenthood that is tough

I’ve said this a bunch of times. The vaccines prove the greatness of America! We saw a problem and we came up with a solution to protect the vulnerable. The problem is that the “powers that be” took that AMERICAN WIN and turned it into a tool to divide us just like they have done time and time again.

It goes back to even the HCQ and Ivermectin stuff. At the time, BOTH WERE TOTALLY WORTH A TRY. There was no vaccine available and the medical community knew at the doses recommended that it was safe, but yet it was IMMEDIATELY labeled as Pool Cleaner and Horse Paste by the media and IMMEDIATELY given the stigma of FALSE HOPE. They even quickly threw together later debunked studies to “confirm” it.
I know many actual doctors tried it and HCQ didn’t seem effective but Ivermectin seems to have been. Obviously neither become as necessary once the vaccines rolled out but at that point trust was already shot because people started to realize that $ and control played a HUGE part in this whole thing.

Yup. I’ve said from the beginning (of vaccine availability) that at that point this whole deal should have been over.
If you want the vaccine, get it. If you don’t, don't.
But that wasn’t good enough for the powers that be.
I think that’s where most of the pushback to vaccinating kids comes from. Parents know this isn’t going to stop with “if you want to get your kid vaccinated then you can”. There will be a push to make it mandated for attending school just like they’re pushing it to be mandated at work places and for travel.

It did, however say if infection levels fall low enough the total cases of vaccine related myocarditis would be of greater volume than infected cases of myocarditis
Correct. And Louisiana is currently at that level.
And there no evidence that being vaccinated reduces the risk of myocarditis with infection which means that risk is a constant and the only variable in the decision is the risk of myocarditis with vaccination.

quote:I would disagree. There is absolutely evidence that the vaccine reduces the severity of infection and inflammation in general. That leads hand in hand to reducing the risk of myocarditis. It just hasn’t specifically been studies directly because the low rate of myocarditis makes it unnecessary to do so
