Ehhhh not sure about that with our soil/flooding.

I was just thinking different materials, hydrophobic coating, and/or a way to burn off the ice.

Keep on pushing! its raining here and it seems to be turning the solid ice chunks into sloshy snow cone shite. Praying the power lines and trees hold.

Ours was flickering for about 20 minutes. Then it went out for about 30. Now back on. Come cenla hold strong

Older SW LA peeps. What Christmas was it that it got so damn cold. It was like 8 degrees in LC. Was 83 or 84.

If anyone really needs to get to NOLA from Lafayette, 90 Eastbound is passable all the way with only one overpass detour to the service road in New Iberia area.

This was a few hours ago so it may even be clear now. Atchafalaya River bridge in Morgan City and Bayou Black overpass in Amelia were passable.

We've had straight liquid freezing rain for a couple of hours and it's expected for a few more hours. Butthole is tight.

The warm air is hugging the coast but trying to creep northward.
