They’re dropping the number of people allowed at Thanksgiving dinner. If you have 3 kids one needs to stay in their room. We have to flatten the curve.

Why?!? We aren’t where we were when this started in March. And no one is going to stop holiday gatherings. They should just let this shite run it’s course and be done with it.

Thursday: Lay groundwork for increased restrictions, declare that ‘white house guidelines’ suggest we should already be locked down, but his benevolence will allow a few more days for us to shape up and him ‘review the data’.

In our system yes, they are now being more aggressive with moderate cases
The ratio of hospitalized to intubated here is about 10:1. Last wave was probably 5:1, maybe less
