March 13 it was handed down but not sure of exact start date == either Friday the 13 or Monday the 16. Catholic Bishops made Sunday mass on the 15 "optional" .. we were dispensed from going ...
Same for Mississippi as the week ending the 13 ended my daughters spring break and it was extended by the school for a week.
Edit: Yes come to think of it a local school had a spring bazaar on the 13/14 of March and they were actually counting people as they entered/exited. Limit was 250 for them.

I wasn't allowed to go into the facility where I work after my last day on 3/10. ALL visitors were "banned" beginning 3/11.

It’s worse than that they are testing large facilities. Jails, nursing homes, etc. The whole place, the need to show how many of the infections are in the general public and how many are in contained facilities.

I would bet, outside of facilities we are down to less than 200 new cases a day statewide.

Let’s also consider this.
People are out and about the same amount in pretty much every region.
So why aren’t we seeing a spike in Orleans, the most densely populated area, if it is in fact our lack of distancing causing a spike? You would see it in Orleans and Jefferson first.

Yeah, I know a lot of businesses, especially large national companies started telling people to start working from home the week of the 9th.

and it's important to note that the TN prison system ia seeing a 98% asymptomatic rate on their positive tests. If testing is being expanded to the asymptomatic then those cases should be accounted for as such.
All the media is doing by fanning the flames of new confirmed cases is discouraging states from wider testing.

I dont' think things slowed down in Vermilion Parish despite Karen screaming to lock it all down. Downtown offices are ghost towns but all around what businesses are left are booming.
