So, aside from the fact that in the past few days they have released anywhere between 19.5k tests and 1.5k tests, we see the positive percent go from (on 5/23) 4.4% to doubling the next day at 8.1, then halving back to 4.3, then halving again to 2.4, then nearly tripling to 6.7. It makes no sense and reeks of manipulation. If you're going to make decisions based on data (looking at you JBE), the gathering of said data has to be transparent and scientifically sound. These numbers suggest their testing is all over the place and makes most of it totally useless.
But the hospitalized and vent numbers can't be argued with. The hospitals are more than handling the load.

At OLOL in BR they've gone from 9 Covid teams to 2.
The first wave is over.
We need to get people out with basic protections, like hand cleaning, social distance and some masks. We are better to get people out now rather than keep people in.
I have no expectation that the second wave will be as big as the first, if there is much of a second wave.

At this point people should be able to visit their relatives
Above 18
1 person at a time
Wear a mask
No physical contact
During specific visiting hours using a specific entrance
Family following above rules is much safer than the weekend CNA that works at WalMart during the week

Especially when nothing is being done to support the mental health of the residents
