How can you celebrate when people have died?
Posted on 8/5/20 at 12:21 pm to el Gaucho
I’m not ... I’m celebrating the positive rate.

You have to put your foot down to get control of the pandemic

Praise thy mask wearers and prohibition.

The thin privileged are dancing in joy while people of size are still dying

Updated graph that shows Louisiana peaked July 13-16 now that tests have been put in correct dates.

Give it a week or so, and he'll be praising his mask mandate for a peak that happened before masks would have had an effect.
Edit to add: The peak in cases likely happened before, or simultaneously with, the mask order.

Have an upvote. Death rates support this. My opinions on the pandemic aren’t popular, but I feel confident we’re finally on the downhill slope.

Only thing we did was prolong the peaks by shutting down. Its clear Lafayette and SW LA weren't part of the first surge.
