In these trying times..

It’s been here for 8 months... it’s gone through society at this point... pretending it hasn’t is straight up avoiding facts .

Let’s open it up and get back to normal . Quickly

The state reported 876 in hospitals yesterday and back up to 900 today. Was the 876 an error?

Even though it is a stupid, flawed argument, anything over 5% positive gives JBE the cover he needs to keep us in Phase 1.5.

And we will stay that way until November

FYI Memorial in LC is being evacuated — if those people cross state lines to a hospital in Texas, wonder if they count for us? Some are likely coming to Lafayette.

I’m assuming St Pats is as well — no water in LC. Not sure who had what but I know Memorial had covid patients.

But it really doesn’t. JBE made up the 5% number on his own. Whitehouse recommends 10%

Unfortunately the state is still at 8.5% as of 8/21 on the actual ldh dashboard. It's dropping almost every day, but it might be a while until <5% is hit

With all the killing cops are doing nowadays, I'm surprised people have enough time to talk about the Rona anymore.

Seems like it’s going to be pretty hard to get below 5% anytime soon as testing is mostly people with symptoms

Because of the daily removal of newly identified duplicates and out of state cases, the new case increase may not match the difference between today’s and yesterday's total case count.

I couldn't find any sources that listed yesterday's hospital count so I figured it wasn't updated due to Laura. I'll add to the charge for future updates.
