30 less hospitalizations is a great thing
Cases and vents down as well.

So how will it be spun today that these are not good signs?

The Louisiana Department of Health is reporting new data reflecting coronavirus recoveries across the state. The numbers were added to its online dashboard for the first time on Friday.
Going forward, health officials will tally how many people in Louisiana have reportedly recovered from COVID-19 in the noon reports.
As of Friday, that number is 14,927.
According to LHD spokesperson Ally Neel, a person is presumed recovered if...
1) it has been more than 14 days since a patient tested positive and isn't in a hospital or isn't dead (when hospital status is known)
OR
2) it has been more than 21 days since a patient tested positive and isn't dead (when hospital status is unknown).

Certainly looks like the curve has flattened

I haven't followed == any idea how they're tracking this to be able to get a presumed number?

Which is why telling us the total number of cases is a waste of time and basically propaganda they can use to restrict us.
More people have recovered than the number of current active cases.

Usage of resources clearly trending down for nearly 2 weeks now. This is why we were told to stay home. No excuse to extend order other than to frick with us

More consistent progress. Still on track for May 1.

The antibody studies are telling us that there have been way more cases than are official. Anecdotally I know of 3 suspected cases of which two had their tests messed up even though they were almost certainly 100% positive. Even a doctor I know on a task force for this thinks it's an insane overreaction. We need to open up immediately and build herd immunity and let this pass.
