Progress is progress.
I know that for fact we had a nursing home death early early this am and I'm thinking that there will be a few more where I work before this is over.

We don't have a choice imo unless we want another Great Depression. Let the sick and elderly WFH or shelter in place for another month if necessary.

New cases aren't going to completely disappear for a long time and we can't wait for that to happen to open up the economy. We have enough data to know the risk and prepare accordingly. The good news is the risk of ventilator shortage seems to be much less than what we initially were expecting.
Open it up on the 1st and keep high risk individuals sheltered.
