They might be getting tested in EBR?
And Caddo might be testing for a lot of surrounding parishes?
Probably what's happening especially in De Soto which like WBR has a high positive rate with low testing numbers. Bossier has had over 1000 tests according to report, so in Caddo and Bossier combined there have been over 8300 tests done (if accurate as first I have seen parish testing numbers included).
The desire to push positives towards correct county or parish residence ( at least thats what Texas seems to be doing) while posting testing numbers by county/parish they were performed in makes it hard to see if any smaller counties or parishes not testing enough of their residents. I am just glad to see it included.

Please let me know what number of positive cases I’m allowed to be surprised about.
Anything less than 2 million deaths is not shocking, it is expected.
President Trump said "Because you are talking about a potential of up to 2.2 million and some people said it could even be higher than that. You are talking about 2.2 million deaths. 2.2 million people from this."
So please contain your surprise until we pass the 2 million mark.

Is it possible the shelter rules exacerbated transmission to old/vulnerable people?
This virus has likely been here a while.
Many times more people infected than reported.
Just a thought.

My co worker has been freaking out losing his shite. He finally got his test back, negative. He doesn't believe it, blaming trump for faulty tests.
I honestly believe he felt sick, but worked himself into a frenzy making him more sick, not sleeping, eating, etc.. but it wasn't Covid19.

Could we be saying Sunday showed a lack of testing and Mon/Tues is possibly making up for it?
Making Sunday look better and Mon/Tuesday looking slightly worse?
Absolutely

I will say this. The federal gov is gonna need more than just one stimulus bill. they will need to approve another one.
