The YouTuber himself admits in the video description that what he was doing was illegal and that he believes it’s because it’s a safety issue. When asked to leave he should should have apologized to the officer and thanked him for not getting a ticket instead of being a smart arse. The cop is an arse for saying he would go to jail for uploading the video.
