It means they have lost the financing for their inventory.
The dealership doesn't own the vehicles on their lot. Someone is financing them. The common term for this is "floorplanning."

Am I the only person who associates the term “North Louisiana” with Alabama? Seems like everytime West Monroe or Neville has a 5 star, he’s basically a bama Lock. These days same goes for Amite.

I was staying at the Arizona Biltmore last week.
I had a Tequila Sunrise at the bar there because that's (allegedly) where the drink was invented.
I didn't see ketchup there my entire stay.
