i think its glorious the want to rename the historic rodeo drive obummer ave
keep destroying what little is left of californias past that was fondly remembered as something good when people think of california
Rodeo Rd and Rodeo Blvd are two different streets.
Rodeo Rd is in an African American part of L.A. City.
Rodeo Blvd is in Beverly hills.

First black President is certainly noteworthy enough to name a few streets after. I suspect we will see more, especially for the streets in predominately black areas that are named after slave owners of some sort (of course, it won't be the residents themselves noticing that fact).
That being said, the fact that there's a pub called Obama in Barcelona, Spain with a wax Obama on the front foyer is a little ridiculous.

But this isn't the first young Democrat the Europeans have fellated. For some reason one of the major tunnels in Antwerp, Belgium is the "Kennedy" Tunnel, despite Kennedy not having one memorable thing in his presidency involving Europe.

They renamed Old Dixie Hwy to Obama Hwy in majority black Riviera Beach FL.
There is a snopes false rumor that said Trump made them change it back to Old Dixie.

I wonder if that stretch of Florida Blvd between Denham and Walker will be named Trump Way or Playdoh Lane.

I'm glad they changed it, it sounded like a word Owlie would use.

Yeah. It's happened before. Reagan Blvd. Bush Turnpike. Clinton Ave. You're going to be ok. I promise.

For better or worse, Obama has done more for this country than did MLK, Jr. and there are 10,000 of those named streets.
So, it's only logical to me.
