I've lived in counseling. I'm not looking for sympathy you nerds in dorms jacking off to gay porn. Thought some one with the same problem might have some advice. Rest of you go to reggies in your rompers and get your dicks kicked in.

Probably a good thing in the OT.

Find a good church with a good pastor (Not a mega church where they just want your money and to make you feel good about yourself), talk to him and go from there. You have made alcohol your god, you need to make God your God.

You relapsed. It is all part of it. Rate of relapse is damned high.
get your arse back to rehab. And if rehab with underlying psych issues is needed, don't bitch about it.
"they pumped me full of drugs" sounds like a classic bipolar excuse for eventually coming off of meds.
You were dealt two shitty cards to be a drunk with an underlying psychiatric condition, but thats it. Whats the options you have? Be a drunk or be a recovering drunk and managed psych patient.

Not being medicated when you're bipolar will make it nearly impossible to lose the constant urge to drink
Why don't you take your meds?

I've been down that road. I didn't have kids to lose though, and at the time, I was living in apartments, not my current house, so I didn't have that to lose. However, I lost my GF of 7 years, almost everyone in my family, went to jail, probably should be dead and many other things.
You've got to work hard to stay sober. It's easy for most people to stay sober for a couple months, but then you start trying to fix everything and realize it's a lot harder than you expected. As addicts, we want everything to happen instantly and on our schedule, just bc we get sober, when that's very unrealistic, it just doesn't happen that way. Everything we destroy takes time to build back up and get right.
But then, we start getting the "frick its" because it's easier than doing what we need to do. Your body/mind starts craving it and before you know it, we relapse and start the pain/misery all over again.
I'm not an AA/12 steps person, but find things you like to do that can occupy your time, especially for the first year to two years while your brain/body recovers and healing itself back to normal. That first year or 2 is the most crucial time for an addict.
If you need some support, email me at secondbreathent@gmail.com and I will do whatever I can to help out. I've been sober a little over 5 years now and I have never been so happy in my life. You can do it man, just have to be willing to work for it.

I'm starting to think this is a troll. You don't beg for help then start acting like a dickhole. That's not how it works.

You may be in a spot where you're willing to give rehab another try? Maybe a week or so?
It took damn near dying for me. If I can recover, and get me kids back in their life, anyone can.
