#1) shite could always be worse
#2) Feeling bad for yourself will not solve anything, whatever habits you have developed to cause you this pain and suffering- commit to changing them. Make amends and keep moving forward.

No been in 4 mental places they pumped me full of drugs then let me out to roam the world. Two 30 day rehabs which worked for months but the crazy shite in my head that won't stop. I'm not suicidal nor will I do something to anyone else but my mind is fricked bros.
