This may be unconventional advice but maybe more drugs is the answer.

You can't do it by yourself. You need to turn it over to Jesus Christ. Ask him into your heart, save you from the chains of addiction, and be your savior. I absolutely could not overcome some sins until I did that.

ETA: Nothing is more important than your ultimate destination, and that of your loved ones.

Try building some self-worth instead of depending on all of this stuff to give your life meaning.

Geez, do you mind if he keeps "the girls" on the list?

Take a ton of vitamins, drink lots of water, eat clean, and work out. Some vitamins you can megadose and they will improve your mood, find out what vitamins will help. Obviously be very careful with the fat soluble vitamins since you can OD those.

Find something that will structure you. As LucasP pointed out fascism often has structure so that should work for you. But seriously, find something that will structure your life for you, maybe multiple jobs if you can't find any organization to be a part of.

Sounds like you need a change of venue. You probably keep falling into the same routine because you're in the same place doing the same shite with the same people you were with when you went to rehab.

As an unlicensed, untrained, and unqualified stranger on the OT, I would recommend: selling off all your stuff, lose your cell phone with all the contacts to the people that are dragging you down, buy yourself a one way ticket to the furthest place away from wherever your at and start over. Do something completely different from what you are currently doing because it obviously isn't working.

If I didn't know Sarge IRL and that he is very healthy and such, I would think this was him.
