Shame on you baws for hurting his feelings, but good on y'all for motivating him to lose some pounds. Good for him

I agree with and with this weight loss plan he is on he should be referred to as Light Gravy now since he lost 45 pounds.

Scruffy was shamed by others for his height for years. To fix that, he bought a lifted truck, Affliction tshirts, and a handgun.

Who's short now, bitches?! Yea, that's what Scruffy thought

From 399.

At some point he's gonna plateau, get discouraged and gain it all back. It's not uncommon.

Sorry but it takes a lot of effort to get to 400lbs. That shite doesn't happen overnight

yeah it takes some real effort to approach 300 if you're 6 feet

i used to eat like total shite, never work out, etc and was 255 or so at my peak. back when i thought i wanted to try stand up i had a joke about how i was "too lazy to become obese"

So Gravy had to read comments on the internet before he realized that at 400 lbs he was a big fat frick?

Well his car got repossessed, he lives with his mom, and he didn't pay the fees for his LLC. So I'm gonna say free fiddy.

Edit: actually the answer to your question can be answered with another question:

What is 6^2 x 2(3) + 4? The answer to this equation is his salary.

There's not much difference between 390 and 345.

No one can really tell he lost any weight at all. I mean his face is still fat as frick and he sweats like a whore in church

I was sitting in our gym steam room (mid 1970's)when a huge fat dude walks in and sits down. He was like 300+ lbs. Said he was on a diet and had already lost over 200 lbs. He had stretch marks all over his body. He was taking some kind of medication to minimize skin sagging (your skin has to stretch a lot to cover all that fat, and it needs to shrink as the fat goes away). I felt sorry for the dude.

He said he used to eat a loaf of bread with a pack of bologna, a jar of mayonnaise, and a gallon of milk for lunch. It was clearly some kind of mental disorder. Poor guy. Hope he lost the rest of the weight.

Gary should quit drinking anything other than water. It would help a lot.

I used to work with a dude who claimed he was 415. fricker never stopped eating, I once watching him eat a dozen scrambled eggs and 6 pieces of toast. Well, he gets rushed to hospital one day. He has 80 pounds of "fluid" surrounding his heart and he legit weighed 560.
My guess: Gravy weighed 430 and is down to 415. He probably drank some psylium fiber, took a massive shite and dropped 15 pounds.

He obviously reads here. He is able to gather information and knows the drills.

He may eventually get down to his fighting weight. When he does, there is a Sonic about two minutes drive from his house. Not saying he will invite anybody but it is within gthe realm of possibility.

It took him 4 months to loose the easiest 45 lbs he'll ever lose. It only gets harder from here. He will never see anything under 300 lbs without surgery
