Settlements in court =/= reparations.
You know this isn't being handled in court. There's no legal action being taken. It's a voluntary gesture from the administration.

Here's the definition of reparation:
quote:

the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged.

Here's Biden's words:
quote:

“If, in fact, because of the outrageous behavior of the last administration, you coming across the border, whether it was legally or illegally, and you lost your child — You lost your child. It's gone — you deserve some kind of compensation, no matter what the circumstance,"

well aware of your “local politics only” stance and had nothing to say to that.

I want you to say this again. For the fans...

The other nonsense sports reference was pretty funny though. Everyone knows I'm a Cowboy fan. Stafford was just a local kid to me. Was lucky to beat Mallett in the 4A game of the decade played in Tyler.

It works though. The thread is completely detailed and now it's about his politics.

Yet I go to work knowing basically everything I make in Oct, Nov, and Dec goes to the federal government.

Are you saying it’s actually just an OweO-esque attention-seeking ploy?

After the award this I wonder how many other families are going to come forward saying they were separated too in previous administrations? are they going to put a 5 year statute of limitations on it?

It's impossible to have a decent discussion about anything on this website. It usually only takes a few posts before some a-hole tries to be funny and make some lame unoriginal joke about blacks, louisiana/new orleans sucking, or anti-brandon joke.

How much do you get if the current administration permanently separated you from your child by ordering a drone strike on your house to try to cover their Afghanistan frick up?

Do y’all really think the families are going to get this almost 1 billion dollars? They might get $100 and lawyers will funnel the rest to someone else.

Uh, this is exactly what you voted for.

When you and your brethren are having to choose between filling up your gas tank or paying your mortgage just think about those illegals getting 400K. Each.

Why are you angry?

You voted for this.

Why do people act surprised when the politicians they vote for perform the actions they said they would perform?
