Trump also over played his hand on the vaccine claiming it would be ready to distribute in October directly contradicting his advisors.

So Cuomo believes that a company worth billions of dollars is lying that their vaccine is 90% effective (aka if it is 90% effective that means it is basically killing no one). What it all boils down to is Cuomo is suggesting that we do not roll out a vaccine that can save lives from COVID-19 in a timely manner due to Trump.

This. This is the plan. I also surmise that China will be selling some crude oil to the USA.
The US oil and gas industry will be phased out of existence and that process begins just as soon as the Democrats have the political power to do so.
