Looking for vintage Baton Rouge photos

Does anyone know specific photographers or websites to purchase prints of Baton Rouge?
I'm looking for photos from the 60s,70s and 80s of old time Baton Rouge. Things such as the old Goudchaux's building, Catfish Town and general landmarks.

MeauxJeaux2 can provide some seriously awesome aerial photography of all these places.
But not like the storefronts and such.
Contact the Sternbergs about the Godchaux's building. They would probably get you in touch with the owners of the photos in their book We Were Merchants Look at that link for perfect example.

This is a pretty cool book, got it for my father for Christmas a couple of years ago. It might point you in the direction of where you can locate other historical photos of BR.

The BR Goodwood liberry had a reference copy of this book a few years ago. I spent 4 hours one night after work buried in that book.

I have a photo of the gas station that eventually became Tony's Seafood. I'll try and upload it and post it later. There's also that fb site called people who grew up in baton rouge.

I have been browsing through the Baton Rouge digital collection as well.
Trying to put together a few prints for my mother for Christmas, although I have found quite a few I plan on putting in my home as well!

I rented a house on Stanford one time that used to belong to a Saurage(own a lot of land in BR) and behind a bag of "rock fiber insulation" (asbestos, lol) there was a cigar box full of 1920's photos. I'm so mad I didn't make copies. Instead I was able to find a next of kin.
All kinds of cool photos of LSU being built and the refinery when there wasn't much around it. Then there were tons of 'Stand Oil' documents. I kept hoping to find some stock papers. I share of standard oil, has to be worth 100shares of XOM by now.

Damn-it Kafka beat me to the Broadmoor which became history just yesterday.
And yes Fonville Winans has great stuff from Baton Rouge and Grand Isle 1930-1940's
