Thanks TigerFan, I've trying to figure out what happened to Outlaw the past two days. I've been doing the barbell program and was fixing to start outlaw way. Guess not.

I might start following Invictus's programming, heard it is very comparable.

I'm getting to their page with no issues and I see the posted workouts. Am I missing something?

Outlaw Way, the blog is out. That's where they posted daily. I think Outlaw CF is the official gym, but I don't know if they post the same workouts.

The main coach Rudy posted on Outlaw Way. Doubt he runs the same programming for his regular joe attendees. The outlaw way stuff was programmed for games competitors.

That looks legit, might start following Misfit. Think they had some guys this morning doing that one. Didn't know where it came from.

just pay the $40 monthly subscription to outlaw through wodfollow. def worth it. he has two options right now. one for regional athletes and a competition program. i don't blame him one bit for charging now. his programming is top notch.

todays comp wod is
1.work to 1 rep jerk

2.work to 1 rep back squat

3.run 5k w/ heartrate @ or below 150bpm

4.amanda 9-7-5 muscle ups and snatches @ 135

I disagree. This thread is to let you know all the negatives aspects of crossfit. Aspects such as the cult mentality, the term "box" & kipping.

Some people need that type of environment to keep them going to the gym.

I do it for girls in booty shorts doing squats.

goto WOD follow and you can pay for the best programs.

Also I have about 3 years worth of Outlaw way programming saved in my emails and I think I put most of it on scribd. search for user name tdlsu777

another good program to follow if you are not a competitor is greyskell with the added conditioning exercises.

Ah yes, the OT. The only place where it's socially acceptable to shite on fat people while also shitting on the methods by which people get in shape.

some others that are free are

team black list-www.provinggroundsdga.com

crossfit football

catalyistathletics

crossfit the rack-LINK

gymnastics bodies programs for gymnastics training

one thing you could do is combine the gymnastics bodies program with the basic 5/3/1+olympic lifts plus the conditioning from the greyskull program.
