re: Longest you've gone without speaking?

The first time I tried to talk, it sounded like someone else.

i'd say a couple of days while hunting but I sing when i'm paddling back from a hunt lol. maybe 1 full day.

I talk to myself, so I don't really know. If that doesn't count, probably a couple days. I work from home, so I often go days without talking to anyone but my wife.

Silence absolutely drives me insane. I'm pretty much always listening to people talk, whether it's a podcast, or streaming service, etc...

From the moment I entered this world until my 4th birthday, so 4 years.

I wonder if I talk in my sleep.....I'll say 12 hours sleeping. If that doesn't count then an hour or two maybe while at work.

I once sat in silence for year to better understand the intricacies of a whisper...

If I can exclude singing and talking to myself, I’ve had multiple runs of probably 4-7 days. I’m an introvert that lived by myself for 5 years.

This is my MIL. Always has to ramble on and on. Always negative stuff. Very depressing.
Spends a weekend on the beach and her tongue is sunburnt.

That's some good honesty there.

Naw. Even by myself I always got a jaunty tune or a pet around.
