We eat at Ruth Chris once a month. They really need to enforce their dress code. It’s been getting progressively worse. Last time we went, there was a guy in there wearing gym shorts, a jersey, and hat tilted to the side. Maybe we need to start eating at Stabs.

Stab's has come out and said they are changing are in the process of changing the waitresses attire. I'm not sure if this actually was already in the works, or a decision made quickly after they are realizing the backlash they are receiving in the public eye (at least by the ones who are vocal on social media).
It seems to me they were trying to go with the Sullivan's look and atmsophere for waitresses, but couldn't pull it off.

I was told by someone in the company that there been a rash of “non-tipping, eat 1/4 of your meal and send it back claiming it wasn’t cooked right or wasn’t good”, crew infiltrating that place.
Much like Ruth’s Chris it is being infiltrated by trashy acting trashy dressing loud mouth bums of Baton Rouge. I remember years ago Ruth’s didn’t have a single person there not dressed super nice and classy. It’s fricking ridiculous now.

More than 30-40 but yeah you're probably right. Her dress wasn't that bad, I'm sure we've all seen much worse being worn by "upscale" women (and if she's a nurse practitioner I'm sure she fits the category even if doesn't resemble the part), not to mention what the waitresses are wearing.
Dumb move by the restaurant. They pegged her as ghetto trash and didn't feel like dealing with "I didn't like its" when it's 3/4 gone etc but should have thought this through more.

I wouldn't turn her away but let's not act like she isn't pushing it. She'll have a case because white women of that body type don't let it all hang out the same way. Hopefully right to refuse wins the day

One night me and the fam were looking for boiled crawfish on the way home from somewhere and saw they had them at Roux 61 - aka the old Mulates over on Bluebonnet. The table next to us had a young couple eating. The woman ordered a strawberry margarita and then proceeded to send it back 3 times. Like literally 3 times. Right when we sat down she had a waitress over at the table telling her the drink didn't "taste right". Finally she asked for a manager and the manager determined that she actually wanted a strawberry daiquiri.
Thing is this. Stabs is going to eventually apologize and do some damage control. Like, you just know it. The NAACP press release and the news just flittering out there and spreading isn't going to do them any good. At this point you just have to think strategy and stopping the bleeding.
If I'm Stabs, I'm calling them up to set up a meeting today. And hope they can meet today. They need to get this shite out of the news pronto.
