In Louisiana you can legally drink at the age of 18 as long as the parent or guardian is present

Lost a childhood friend over the weekend to a drunk driving accident. If he had been pulled over and given a DUI he’d still be alive so it goes both ways Gary.

Gravy wants a whole different circumstances for blacks.
