This is sad. He didn’t investigate then?

Luckily this girl was able to get the help she needed to report this stuff. I’m sure she was scared since he was a cop. Whoever the person was that helped exposed this should be commended.

I don’t think Ard will be going anywhere. This article states the officer didn’t want a formula investigation and the state police looked into also.
