Don't think it is a lot of money, but a lot of money to get for free, year after year, yes. Also, as has been mentioned, most likely tax-free, which means it is really like 75k.

The people that are donating would be better served to use the money to fund their own retirements. They will end up having to work years longer due to funding these parasites.
