Kebab trucks, best Indian food, awesome Thai and Malay for cheap, pub food isn't bad, I ate a lot of Guinness pies, fish and chips can be quite good. You can find good food in basically any cuisine you want much like NYC. Their grocery stores are also way ahead of us on prepared items. They have whole little markets with good meals already prepared, you just cook a couple of the ingredients or bake the dish and done. It was great.

I think if you're into history at all that place would be a treasure trove. It's been around for a couple thousand years if I'm not mistaken and I bet there are sites and items from Celtic, Roman, Saxon, Dane and Norman times and cultures.

I find London to be a very un-European city. It's like NYC in that so many people of different cultures and backgrounds lives there, and a lot of people move there. London is a badass city and you should definitely do it.

If you're from Louisiana and travel a lot, you know to bring a jar of Tabasco with you wherever you go.
Food everywhere is bland compared to Louisiana. A little Tabasco makes everything taste better.

Judging from this, you are not mature enough to live abroad and experience other cultures. Maybe you start to see the world first, recognize that other cultures are not "weird", but just different. Do that, and then maybe you will get to the point when you can live in another country and not embarrass the rest of us while doing so.

I have, and I still use Tabasco there, just not as much. But we were talking about London. Food in the states outside of Louisiana is just about as bland to me.

I'm pretty sure Tabasco was available in every restaurant in every city I've been to in Europe, save the more upscale ones (probably available there too, just not on the table/at the bar). It's one of the things I noticed and thought about over there.

Spent many a nights shite faced in the picadilly circus area, just know that the tube doesn't run all night. Closes around 1-2 from what I remember
