Thats not even a cop out answer. The tailgating is one of the biggest festivals and we get 6-8 of them a year. Some beautiful architecture throughout the city and surrounding areas. Besides that our state government happens there, which brings people from all over the state there.
Some eateries (though not to the same effect as Nola).
I think those are as unique as you can really ask for as it pertains to culture outside of Nola in all of the south.

there is literally nothing of interest in Baton Rouge anymore. All the parades suck, all the festivities are over run with loose trigger finger havin thugs and LSU games can be watched at home with friends.
