If Hogs don't have scholarship or walk ons from these 3 places, this is my best guess on recent CFB failure. Not sure if you want to count North Little Rock in Little Rock, but if not, guessing they still should be in the Top 5.
If this was pre 1980's would probably add some of those small farming towns in the state.
