are you on the nextdoor app? i don't know what your neighborhood is like, but you might want to make a post on there.
i see stories like this all the time on that app. it's kind of scary the stuff these cameras catch at night.

File a police report with the linked video, install more cameras, remove what you can from outside, add some motion detection flood lights. Be prepared for another visit but don’t try and citizens arrest the fool.
