Liter of PCP, 13 ounces of meth found in I-20 traffic stop

Approximately 1 liter of PCP and 13.8 ounces of methamphetamine were seized following a traffic stop on Interstate 20 by Louisiana State Police.
A trooper with Troop F stopped a Ford Fusion after midnight Thursday near the Stella Mill exit. The car had crossed the fog line twice.
The driver was later identified as Thomas Goodin, 35, of Monroe. Goodin told the trooper he crossed the fog line because of fatigue from driving from California to Monroe.
Is that a lot?

Mediocre amount of meth, but PCP? Why the frick would anyone buy a liter of that? It's just that there is way more PCP there than the meth that makes it bizarre. It's a drug that I can not understand why anyone would take it.

thats about a weeks supply for the average liberal, thats how they maintain their delusions and constant state of perpetual melt

Side note/PSA: PCP still just a Schedule II drug. Marijuana: Schedule I.
