Look I get it, its the only game in town. An oasis in the desert if you will. But lets be honest, its Hillshire farm cold cuts, extra mayo on shitty bread.

Half of the things yall are listing are some hole in the wall mom & pops places that I do not realistically see opening a second location. Especially not in Baton Rouge.

If you cut a piece out of the wall at Olde Tyme and ate it, it would taste like fried shrimp.

A place like that is cultivated over decades. Opening one in a strip mall somewhere else would always be lesser than.

Boiling Point boiled seafood from New Iberia
Domilises Po'boy from NOLA
And I'll add Pappadeaux's even though it's a Houston Chain....I love that place.
