Broken rib is the worst thing I've ever gone through. Hurts to do anything

Also bad tooth pain where the nerve is exposed

Migraine
Most of the others listed suck but the pain subsides.

One poster listed Kidney Stones and that is the worst. No escape from the pain.

Worst of those listed in my opinion is a migraine. Anyone who has experienced a long term migraine without relief would agree. Leaves you totally incapacitated. All of those other things are relatively minor.

Only thing worse was when I had hand-foot-mouth sickness, with big blisters directly in the back of my throat for 2 weeks straight. It was torture.

Pinky toe by far.

Hard to do from a coffin, wouldn't ya think?.....

I was chasing my wife one day goofing off and I busted/broke my pinky toe in a door way. Yeah, it hurts more running.
