The perp was caught on TV trying to sneak a copy of the book (The Little Engine That Could) onto the shelves so he could say it was there the whole time because as a lowly ladies shoe salesman, he couldn't afford the late fees

The kid that played "young Al Bundy" in that episode was comedic gold with the lines they game him and his delivery.
