My parents and wife's parents are older and I deal with strangers all day long. Even though everyone in my family has had covid already, we will be wearing mask

I think a few nonchalant comments about people catching it at work combined with some coughs will get them on edge. Then tonight at like 6pm look for the nyquil and ask the wife where she put it that you just feel 'ODD'. Then chug a few swallows and go to bed. They'll be gone by tomorrow.
If not, then you seriously need to stand up to your wife about who you let visit. If you don't get along with them then you can start by not letting them come over. Let your wife handle it since it's her family.

Why are you so judgemental? Are they harming you in any way by their actions? Does it really bother you that much that they wore masks? It seems like the parents are elderly and they're just being careful.

Walk up to something that you know tastes strong like peppermint or candy cane (or anything for that matter) and say “when did they quit flavoring candy canes?” Or you could do this with your smell too. Sniff something and say “gosh, I used to think “such and such” smelled so good but now it just has no scent”
