Listen, all we have to do is cut some over grown property, tow some abandoned vehicles, maybe plant some azaleas, open up a few more rim shops to stimulate the economy and we are murder free! I promise!

I didn't read all 5 pages but I'll bet nobody has implicated SWBs ideas on law enforcement to have anything to do with the sudden uptick.
