You say that as if "blacks that vote" are all educated, employed suburbanites. Something tells me you don't know much about "voter drives" in black communities.

its an issue with culcha

It is. And it'll never change. You can have fun with all the slang terms: culcha, Canadians, and whatnot, but it'll never change.

Liberals (and I tend to lean that way fwiw) can point fingers at various attention-grabbing culprits: poverty, education, lack of family institution, drugs, the "system" keeping them down, and so forth, but at then end of the day it's on them.

It's a "gumbo" of problems they face and unfortunately most of them face too steep of an uphill battle, but it's a cyclical, uphill battle that very, very few will win.

agree 100% here. I used to live in a shitty area of Lincoln to save money for a while and many of the peopl there are just miserable AF, and most of them have no family structure, work dead end jobs for minimum wage, and so on, they just put zero effort into bettering their lives. Just go to their McJob and smoke a little meth and wallow in their own self pity/

I'd rather live in Nebraska. It has flat boring terrain like most of the country East of the Rockies but generally good people.

Because it's easier to blame white people than deal with the real issues.

Political answers rarely have anything to do with reality.

per Strong Safety most of the Baton Rouge crime is due to all of the Cowboy and Indian movies in the 50's and 60's.

Nebraska is actually less flat than I expected. I worked there for almost a year. Not a bad place at all

the only part that is truly flat is the area that I-80 goes through, which is also the part that most who drive through only see

the area south of the Platte and west of Lincoln is the flattest in the state. Save for the area south of North Platte. Driving from Lincoln to Hebron is brutal

I spent a lot of time there and enjoyed it much more than I expected. Lincoln reminded me a lot of BR minus the culcha

I would assume(I know), that most of the murders committed are by people involved in shady activities? Drugs, theft, etc...I call it an occupational hazard. No, all lives don't matter, some don't matter at all. It's not politically correct, but it's absolutely true.

Overall Lincoln is really nice. Its got serious traffic issues because the city is growing so fast that they were never able to update the road system and reroute traffic for netter efficiency.

North Lincoln has a lot of trashy people but they kept to themselves, central Lincoln has a taste of culcha with pissed off Vietnamese folk and meth people. Overall its not bad, I think that we havent had a single murder for 2017 so far and we have about 250K people, and overall crime is down big league.

Nebraska isn't all that flat. It's definitely less flat than LA.
