But if I am in the Florida section, I would make an alliance with Dixie, Alaska, Superior and Quebec.
First Alaska and Superior would attack and take over Alberta from both sides.
Quebec and superior would invade Ontario from both sides and then take over.
Then Dixie and Florida along with superior would then take over Illinois.. And so on.

Actually I think Texas has to take back Austin first.
Send the Liberals from Austin to Illinois.
Then take the Deseret.
Dixie then joins Texas in taking Florida and divide the country lines at the Mississippi.
Texas (which already has a open water port with Houston) will want access to the west coast.
We take the entire artillery unit of the US Army into California and force all the Libz into Cascadia.
Texas is now in control of what is now known as SW US/Central US.

The Missouri Bootheel, Northern Arkansas, and Jackson Purchase of Kentucky are not going anywhere with Illinois. Put us in with Dixie or we revolt on our own.

We would most def take a part of California to have access to a west coast port.
This is simple logistics.
We have no guarantee that Panama would allow Texan Vessels through since the US is dissolved.
