storm chaser Brett Adair

I will never forget a few years back when we thought we watched him livestream his own death by storm surge.

aw man literally what we heard last week in SELA

Its hitting expectation so far in southern LA. Got plenty of severe warnings on the southern end and the tornado threat is conditioned on the line breaking into individual cells. Otherwise we're watching for pockets of wind damage from within the libe.

SW Mississippi yes, not hitting the expectation. Northern half of Mississippi is.

Is that the guy that backed into the carport and had to bail as his car floated?
That surge was crazy.

Not sure how Memphis avoids the worst of these types of systems

I’m 7th grade TN History class they told us it was the bluffs that kept tornadoes from hitting the Bluff City.

Yep. Just north of Shelby county. All the way around to collierville. It's weird but a blessing. I have a nice west facing sunroom now. I like to watch the storms but they all break up. It ain't delta's sunroom but it will do

Tornado Warning to the west of me in Carlisle and Hickman Counties. Based on this projected path, Mayfield is in the clear.

Good news so far is that nothing out front has been able to sustain itself.
