I saw a time lapse video of them tearing down and reconstruction an interstate overpass in 24 hours. It was awesome. It also makes me hate Louisiana

Yeah it’s just a prefab building that they will treat people in. They aren’t building a true hospital.

It’ll be a temporary thing. Built up and used for this situation and burned to a crisp once it’s over.

A building is not a hospital.

Where’s the zone pressurized HVAC system? What about the sterilized stainless piping carrying oxygen to each room?

Day 4 construction video. They are making amazing progress. The first 2 days were moving dirt (didn't look like they compacted any). Day 3 was setting up the construction office and building supplies. Now pumping concrete.

Is the electrical systems in, the special systems, ductwork, plumbing, sprinkler, flooring, ceiling, etc.; or is it just a big shell?

From just an aesthetic perspective, that building looks better than many modern American buildings.

The Chinese communists built that, you say? Hmm, very interesting.

your talking about a HVAC system and piping requirements in America. WHO standards are not at our level to be considered a basic hospital to handle what they are dealing with. Oxygen would be portable systems anyway in short notice situations. And yes their ability to throw together these hospitals isn't even a tough timeline to meet. Their engineering and pre fabrication ability dwarfs what we do here in the States. They could tear down and rebuild I-10 bridge in less than 3 weeks......they do it all the time.

This building went up in three days.

From vacant lot to putting the windows in and painting the interior on day four.

Hmmm.........

So there were no hospitals before air conditioning? They were all just buildings?

I wouldn’t step foot in a Chinese building built in 10 days. I’ve been in many of their buildings built in standard conditions and they are bad enough. They take so many short cuts and use crap materials it’s laughable. These guys took me to a plant under construction and proudly showed me the new R&D building. Windows and doors were out of square and looked more like a rhombus. It seemed to crush them when I pointed it out to them.
