I would think they would ask the donor about the racial makeup of his parents to deflect liability. You'd think they'd be able to tell by testing the sample.

The stuff about her family being racist is all hilarious to read as motivation for a lawsuit, but still, it is fricked up that the sperm bank would screw up like this. If they sperm bank says they're going to give you sperm from a a donor that meets certain criteria, and then they don't, they deserve to get sued.
