Pepper spray, tazers, rubber bullets. Clear the road for workers to get thru.

The last time they protested in Minneapolis, they guy that drove through the crowd.
quote:
The motorist who slowly drove through a throng of protesters in a south Minneapolis intersection and slightly injured a teenage demonstrator pleaded guilty Friday to one misdemeanor and had two other misdemeanor charges dismissed.
Jeffrey P. Rice, 41, of St. Paul, was fined $575 and ordered to attend a driver's education course within six months for failure to yield to a pedestrian.

It'd be nice to see what happened a few minutes before this video started.

It's kind of a grey area. Some States if they are blocking a road you can just go right on through it seems lol.
I can be patient for awhile. If you start attacking my car though, especially with my girl and the kid inside..I'm running you over. Not trying to be internet tough guy..but their safety is more important than the protestors at that point to me.

An emotional, yet bull shite take.
Yet, the truck driver in Colorado was instantly arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Well the tanker truck driver in Minneapolis was arrested even though there were no immediate reports of injuries and looks like the crowd roughed him up before cops got ahold of him. WRAL
It took days to arrest the killer cop but the Minneapolis authorities wasted zero time locking this guy up. More injustice. Taking him into custody may have saved him from the mob though.

Will they be arrested and charged with a crime? If so, what is the crime if they are driving on an interstate and the protesters are blocking the interstate? What about the horse guy will he be charged with something? Completely unsure how this works from a legal standpoint.
I'm pretty sure if you intentionally injure or kill someone you're going to face the judicial system? Will you be convicted of a crime? Likely, but even if you are acquitted you're going to spend a shite ton of money to get that acquittal. Then you'll never really escape the consequences of you actions. If you're a person of morals and decency you do not want to up heave your life like this if you not 100% certain your life of the lives of you family are in danger.
Best to avoid having to make that decision if at all possible.
