They didn't add another charge.

The judge was not happy that I had ran from the police. He added that year.

Because I was young and had a fake lawyer representing me, there was nothing I could do but take the punishment given to me.

Your arrest record shouldn't be the focus anymore. It is what it is. You could try finding a house to rent from a regular Joe instead, but getting it expunged or sealed isn't going to happen without a pardon.

How much money is actually in the trust?

Does the trust allow for rental payments only or can the funds be used to purchase a dwelling?

I agree. It has absolutely nothing to do with my legal issue at this moment anyway.

The agreement reads;

He shall pay for Health, Support, and Maintenance.

$200,000+

What part of Texas are you in? My childhood best friend is a criminal defense attorney in Houston. I could get you a reference if you want

To me, it sounds like when you filed legal papers against him (a slap in his face), he really had no other choice but to whack you back

If OP is being truthful, his cousin actually had another choice than whacking back. . . he could start following the terms of the trust agreement.

I have only seen one poster ask about the actual terms in the trust, that's going to be the first thing an attorney looks at.

OP catching a lot of shite, but it does sound like his trustee is failing his duties, especially by getting late fees tacked on every month.

Lol, OP is full of it. Go live in a trailer park OP. I'm not being a dick, I'm being serious.

Also, you are like 50. Go live somewhere that you can afford on your own.

I'm a landlord, its really not that hard to find a place to live with a felony that old.

Your real problem is that your income and job resume are both likely terrible.

You likely don't have enough money to waste on a lawyer. My legal advice is to suck it up and go kiss your cousin's butt.

Thank you.

And I've answered everything.

My felony has nothing to do with what's happening now. I was just using that to help explain the problem. which I shouldn't have, but whatever...

Thanks.

And that is what's happening. He is making me misuse my funds.

Do you get any additional payment from the trust other than the rental payments?

No.

The trust was setup so I couldn't have it all in one lump sum. According to him, the trustee, he has the ability to give me the money on his terms. When and how he feels like it. Those are the words out of his mouth.

It is written to make sure it last until minimum of age 65 when social security kicks in. The money will last longer than that if handled correctly which isn't being done at this time.
