I just binged watched about 50 of these of videos back to back. Not sure why. But I did.

It's amazing how many Government employee's do not know the law. I do think showing up at a police station at 3:00 AM just to take pictures is stupid. That being said, it's not illegal. To each their own...

Has anyone else watched any of these videos? Anyone here have an opinion on this?

Father, Son Charged With Killing Mother Bear And ‘Shrieking’ Cubs In Their Den

A father and son have been charged with several crimes after they allegedly shot a mother bear and her crying newborn twins inside their Alaska den, authorities said.

The men’s actions were captured on a motion-activated video camera installed by wildlife officials who were tracking the mother bear.

Owen Renner, 18, was seen on the video shooting the mother black bear in April on Esther Island in Prince William Sound, said police. According to a sworn summary of events by police that was filed in court, the “cubs begin shrieking in the den after the initial shots are fired,” The Anchorage Daily News reported Wednesday.

His father, Andrew Renner, 41, then took “aim through his rifle scope only feet away and fires several more shots, killing the newborn bear cubs,” per the court documents. He was also seen on video saying: ‘It doesn’t matter. Bear down,’” authorities said.

UPDATE

After telling my trustee that I would see him in court, he has now changed his attitude. He made a couple empty promises and said he would act right basically...

That being said, he's still not going to pay my rent this month. I'm still letting the eviction process take place to get him into the courtroom.

Question: Is a trustee allowed to discuss, divulge information to anyone else outside of the trust about the trust? Are they held to same standards as lawyers, doctors as far as confidentiality laws?

Anyway, thanks for your time. Have a great rest of the day!
Texas Law

In Texas, you can have a felony expunged from your record in the following circumstances: You were arrested but never charged. You were charged, but the case was dismissed for lack of probable cause, insufficient evidence or unavailable witnesses. The grand jury “no-billed” your indictment.

I was arrested. Charged. Convicted. Sentenced.

My felony will be there until I die or the President pardons me.
No thanks. I'm having enough trouble with this guy.
Thanks.

And that is what I'll be working on over the next few days.

Thanks again.
First of all, why would somebody troll a forum claiming they were a felon?!?

It's the last thing anyone wants to be.

Anyway...

shite happens in prison. Back in 1987 because of over crowding a six year sentence normally meant six months. Most people would parole right out of the county jail. I would of, could of got out on parole. Again, shite happens in jail/prison. I did all six years of my sentence. Day for day. First time non violent offender. Believe whatever you want...
No.

The trust was setup so I couldn't have it all in one lump sum. According to him, the trustee, he has the ability to give me the money on his terms. When and how he feels like it. Those are the words out of his mouth.

It is written to make sure it last until minimum of age 65 when social security kicks in. The money will last longer than that if handled correctly which isn't being done at this time.
Thanks.

And that is what's happening. He is making me misuse my funds.
Thank you.

And I've answered everything.

My felony has nothing to do with what's happening now. I was just using that to help explain the problem. which I shouldn't have, but whatever...
lol... I know right. Almost death penalty worthy.
I agree. It has absolutely nothing to do with my legal issue at this moment anyway.

The agreement reads;

He shall pay for Health, Support, and Maintenance.

$200,000+
They didn't add another charge.

The judge was not happy that I had ran from the police. He added that year.

Because I was young and had a fake lawyer representing me, there was nothing I could do but take the punishment given to me.
I had tried. I stayed in a Extended Stay for awhile.

I had been looking for an apartment for about five, six months. They were the only ones who were willing to work with me on the felony.

However, they would only let me move there if the Trustee of my inheritance would agree to pay the rent. At the time, I thought it was the best decision. So, I made it.

Some small trinkets...

Everything taken, was returned in the same condition.

I was a bad thief. I had no time to get rid of any evidence.
Burglary of a habitation.

Six year sentence.

First time offense. First and only offense.

Burglary in Texas is 5 - 99 years. They gave me six. The extra year was for running from the police.
I agree. Burglary of a habitation is 5 - 99. I could of received 99 if they wanted.

The judge was an arse. He added one extra year because I ran from the police.

Anyway, like I said, I'm not that person anymore. I leaned my lesson and have done my best to stay the course.

Thanks for that bit of information.
