Assuming that is all true (and, I think it is if an EEG shows that there's no brain activity above the brainstem), there's the question of what that thinking man before whatever put him into a vegetative state would have wanted if he knew he would end up in in this state.
I, for one, don't want to be kept artificially alive indefinitely so people around me can talk about my sorry state in perpetuity. I have very specific wishes laid out in a living will for my family to pull the plug, creamate me, spread me on people I hate, and move on if I ever end up in a situation like OweO or Peej where only my brainstem is functional.

They were in the middle of a divorce. It was filed March of 2018 and she canceled after his injury without his knowledge or consent so she could file a wrongful death lawsuit

That makes his intention clear, I would think.
No. He was under the influence and was trying to avoid detox. He thought the jail would find him right away and take him to the hospital. He didn't expect this to happen

Based on precedent, sounds like she’ll be back on the market soon…
She already is. She has had several another relationships this entire time. There are even photos of her taking vacations with her girlfriend when she took all of his donated money for his treatments and left him laying in a nursing home

That qauck is a dirty old man who chases after young women. He is just her type. She makes money from old man doing things I'm not sure I can mention on here. But use your imagination

There is no plug to pull. He isnt on live support. She wants to starve him to death. He has an extremely good chance at recovery. He isn't in a vegetative state. He responds on even tries to talk

So you’re saying Adkins-Barras would have monetary gain over the death of Barras?

"I love him," she said. "I’ve never given up on him before. I wouldn't want anyone to just give up on me. He’s always been breathing since they found him, so obviously he’s been alive for a reason. I just believe he can be cured if he’s given a second chance."
That was old. She still wants to starve him to death

If Medicaid is paying, why does she have fundraisers?
They were supposed to be for his hyperbaric oxygen treatments which insurance doesn't cover, but she thought the money was better off paying for vacations for her and her girlfriend

Yes she has a pending wrongful death lawsuit and the only way she gets the money is if he is dead
