That’s a nice way to put it. You make it sound appealing when it’s not at all. Leesville Mardi Gras parades are not real Mardi Gras parades. They don’t have actual floats.
There is a rodeo at the forestry festival but I wouldn’t say that makes it stand out any different than many Louisiana towns.
