I'm not a Lebron fan at all, but the white people quote is taken out of context. He was giving his thought process of going from the hood to predominatly white private high school at age 14.

You’re a fricking moron. That quote is taken out of context. He said he felt like that when he first went to a white high school for the first time, and it changed once he was around his new classmates.

I'm not familiar with the quote, but let's say it is taken out of context, isn't that the same thing this cancel culture that he's part of is doing every day?

I guess it's not as fun when it happens to you

Why would anyone listen to what some barely educated guy from the ghetto who plays basketball for a living has to say?

So essentially, vote for the same people they've voted for for 60 years?

He said this:

quote:

“When I first went to ninth grade and to high school, I was on some, like, ‘I’m not f—ing with white people,’ ” the new Los Angeles Laker said. “I was so institutionalized, growing up in the ’hood. It’s like, ‘They don’t f— with us. They don’t want us to succeed.’ ”

quote:

“I’m like, ‘I’m going to this school to play ball, and that’s it. I don’t want nothing to do with white people. I don’t believe that they want anything to do with me. I don’t want no friends. It’s me and my boys, we going to high school together, and we here to hoop.’ ”

It's actually from an interview where he says that his time in high school forced him to reevaluate that mindset.

Don't let context get in the way of a good circle jerk.

Has he issued a public apology multiple times and donated millions to all white charities? If not, I refuse to believe he's truly sorry

I don’t have an issue with encouraging people to vote.
